Studies at Oxford University have shown that Nintendo's puzzle game Tetris can help to treat those with post traumatic stress disorder simply by playing the game.

Oxford University is renowned the world over. The mere mention of their name let's anybody know they are authorities on whatever topic is at hand. For all of those people out there who think videogames do nothing but make problems worse, you may want to listen up: experts at the Oxford University have found that the classic puzzler Tetris could very well treat post-traumatic stress syndrome (PTSD).

    Really. Well that's definitely something they've got there! I wish them the best of luck with their research.

    Video games aren't always a waste of time. They can be, yes, but they are great stress relievers, which is probably a factor that leads to why they can treat more serious related disorders like PTSD
