For those of you who just can't get enough Burnout craziness on your consoles, there is now going to be Burnout for your mobile phones. EA mobile in UK is developing a mobile version of the game that is expected to be released this coming August.

The mobile version of the game will include takedowns, boost, unlockable cars and tracks and most of the other features of the burnout games you have grown to love.

Word out of Electronic Arts today is that its EA Mobile studio in Chertsey, UK is hard at work on a mobile iteration of the Burnout racing franchise. Expected to be available from "all major operators" in August (at least in the United Kingdom), Burnout will include many of the familiar features from the console/handheld releases, including takedowns, boost, unlockable cars and tracks, and of course, the high-speed antics the series has built its foundation upon.
