Friggin' addicts! That's quite a lot of players. Hang on a sec, are they counting accounts or current players? Because some have terminated there's.

I doubt it. There are those who've stopped playing and are being counted just to help their numbers

"9 million subscribers" and "9 million customers" equals "9 million lives lost."

Yeah, luckily I never got hooked on it.

I'm not a big fan of them but they are so addictive sometimes.

But yes, it's a big number and surely there are either multiple accounts or deleted.

its impossible to say how accurate the number is unless they say what it specifically is.

    is it
    1) total number of accounts
    2) total number of active accounts (not deleted, suspended etc)
    etc..

Hey ... If 4 million people are paying for bots then that's no real concern of Blizzards ^^ Sure they'll get banned, but they wouldn't get there money back XD ... //

9 millions paying customers is a lot seeing as how World of Warcraft is quite young compared to other MMO's.

I think MORE THAN 4 million are bots. More like 6 million.

But luckily, I never got hooked onto the World Of Warcraft fad. I'm not planning to anytime soon. Why is it that people get so obsessed with it?
