New Dynasty Warriors 7 characters announced

Three new characters were recently announced for Dynasty Warriors 7, bringing the total number of new characters revealed to ten. The most recent, Ding Feng, is a renowned Wu General already known to fans as an NPC in earlier games. Dynasty Warriors 7 is going to have the biggest roster of playable characters out of any game in the franchise and is looking like it may also be one of the best.

    Some of these weapons they're giving them are just ridiculous. Magic paintbrush? Really?

    Some of the other ones sound interesting though. I have high hopes for Zhong Hui's floating swords.

      Yeah, I really don't know what they were thinking with giving Ma Dai a paintbrush as a weapon. Sounds really stupid.

      I'm most excited to play as Ding Feng and try out the new guys in Jin.

    Another Dynasty Warriors?.. well cant say i want one.

    For the past few years the Dynasty Warriors games have been looking like previous gen games with even worst gameplay, i mean cmon, what the hell? they need to do a lot to win me back over to them.

    I wish they'd do more "other" characters. Would be nice to see Gongsun Zan, Yan Liang and Wen Chou, or maybe people like Li Ru. I just found the time period during Dong Zhuo and immediately after to be the most interesting and it's easy to expand on it. Maybe just me.

    And it's funny that they managed to take my most wanted character, Ma Dai, and make him the least interesting with a dumb look and a dumb weapon.
