Comic-Con is becoming a small, public E3, with playable games on the show floor such as Uncharted, Devil May Cry 4, Rachet & Clank: Future, etc.. It gives game devlopers a chance to show off their upcoming releases, especially for those overshadowed by the big guns at E3, such as Halo 3.

Day one of Comic-Con is never actually a full day. Each year, show organizers in San Diego open the doors for three hours the night before everything officially starts. That means you can find empty and partially-built booths mixed amongst fans and fully-functioning booths. We spent the time tracking down this year's game-related stuff on display.

Given the timing of this year's show (with E3 just a few weeks earlier), many publishers at Comic-Con decided to show the same versions of the games that were at E3, but this time to the public. So for those who want to play Uncharted, Ratchet & Clank: Future, Devil May Cry 4, Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles, and Zack & Wiki, here's your chance -- they're all on the show floor.
