Pokemon 000, Triple Zero, 'The Victory Pokemon', Victini will be available for those that buy Pokemon Black or Pokemon White from launch March 6, until April 10

Triple zero, which is ironically being dubbed the Victory Pokémon, has unique Fire and Psychic moves that cannot be obtained regularly.

    Sure, why not? Fire Psychic, that's a first. I never use legendaries in my team though.
