A French gaming magazine showcases a few Halo 3 screenshots that show what Bungie hopes to accomplish graphic-wise. The scans are from the single player and the graphics look absolutely stunning. Awhile ago, people where chatting about how the graphics were not that great in Halo 3, but theses scans can very well prove them wrong.

With each passing week, seemingly more and more Halo 3 campaign screens and info begin to surface, stirring hype before its grand release this September. This time, French gaming magazine Joypad has revealed several new screens that take place in one of Halo 3’s jungle locales. It’s now evident: Bungie sure as hell wasn’t lying when they said the Halo 3 single player would look great.

Though slightly blurry, these scans have helped illustrate what Bungie hopes to accomplish graphically with Halo 3. After completion of the game’s online beta, many argued that Halo 3’s multiplayer graphics didn’t satisfy, but the developer promised that the single player mode would look visually stunning. In these new images, lush foliage, heavily detailed textures, and advanced lighting are in abundance. Bungie has already revealed one other campaign screen from this level- will the jungle be the graphical showcase for Halo 3?

I find it a bit interesting that the majority of leaked magazine scans usually come from Europe. They might want to work on their security there.

Work on security, for what? To stop individual people from uploading MAGAZINE SCANS online. What a complete idiotic statement to make. Besides, I never knew Game Informer, EGM or even Famitsu were European. That's where the majority of magazine scans come from.

What, the entire of Europe? Lol, I'm sure they'll get right on it.

I knew all the doubts about Halo3 would soon fade into a blur of awesomeness and win as details come out. This isn't gonna let us down.

As I see, I see'z the Arbitor next to him. Which leads me to think they'll be together the whole time (Including the fact that Online Co-op has one player playing as the Arbitor)
