they tried this last month and lost, also, this is just one guy anonymously claiming to be looking into it but really there is no proof of anything.

Oh. Yes. Let us try to make Sony owe us gamers so much money that it hurts the company that provides us with games, and they must take a huge loss and therefore put a halt (or at least slow down) on supporting the PS3 through outputting good games! Ah. Smart indeed.

Anywho, this honestly hasn't much merit, in my opinion.
