Lair getting 9 out of 10 from two gaming magazines?

Allegedy, two gaming magazines, EDGE and Gamezone, has reviewed Lair for the Playstation 3 and they have both given Lair 9 out of 10. According to this hidden source, they say that the game has a "unique experience". Well, the magazines will be launched in a few days and we'll see if these rumors are true and that Lair is finally getting some good reviews.

According to an un-named source, two reputable gaming magazines have reviewed Lair and have each given it 9 out of 10. EDGE magazine is one of the these sites which reviewed Lair and gave it a score of 9 out of 10.

Gamezone, the other publishing website that also reviewed Lair and gave it a score of 9 out of ten. According to the un-named source, they label the game as having a “unique experience ”

While this has not been confirmed yet, the availability of EDGE magazine and Gamezone will be available in a few days in which we will know if this rumor is true

    EDGE is very reputable also, they do not give 9/10's to just anyone i mean as far as i know they have only given 10/10 to like 2-3 games.

        Or the games are really bad. No, the games they rated where quite harsh I don't agree with some.

    By the way...did Factor 5 completely finish Lair? Did they fix the 1080p stability and whatnot?

    Existenz is right. I look out for Edge's reviews above the other magazines, their reviews are professional and convincing. Still, though, I can't afford this game with the damn fall line-up...next year.

    Its amazing how much attention Lair is suddenly getting, maybe because its the first serious PS3 exclusive to come out in a while

    EGDE are harsh... they gave Resistance 5 or 6/10...

    This means Lair must be brilliant.

    It must be. I think it will stay on the PS3 due to the sixaxis controllers. Thank goodness for the sixaxis. ^^

    I think EGM gives biased reviews, I dont know about EDGE though but if they are as tight assed as you say about their scores, they seem more beleiveable. Oh and GameInformer, while is mostly a good magazine, there are some biased reviews here and there.

    wow, sounds like it's really good. But you can't always trust the magizines.

    I don't like GOW or GOW (gears and god of war) but they both get great reviews.

    It's really a point of opinion. If the reviewer likes these kinds of games then they give a good grade. If they don't like the genre, then suddenly the game sucks because of the reviewer.
