It's a move that most people will have expected, and Rockstar have surely delivered. Rockstar Games yesterday filed an appeal with the Video Appeals Committee (VAC) against the BBFC's decision of not giving Manhunt 2 an age rating.

Since the decision by the BBFC, Manhunt 2 has been given an AO rating in the US and banned in Australia and Germany. The outcome of the appeal will most likely, as the news about the game's banning has, intensify the curiosity that people feel for the game, and will most likely help boost it's sales if it ever gets released.

Of course all of this has got more people interested in the game but to be honest I hope they do make a release for this and allow it. One it would be nice to play and two I would like the game to prove that wrong and showing that it didnt influence people to kill others.
