SCEJ announces new DualShock 3 color and charging station peripheral

Sony Computer Entertainment Japan today announced a new color for the DualShock 3 in addition to revealing a charging station for the controller as well.

    I don't want a charge station I want a charge cable longer than 5ft. It annoys me that my gaming session ends the second the red light starts to flash as the only way I can play and charge is by sitting right next to my TV and since my TV is 50" that isn't enjoyable.

      Get a longer mini-USB cable then or simply buy a USB extender...it's not that hard.

        Shouldn't need to really.. I mean no other charge cable for any other console is that small.. The Xbox 360 one is a good 15-20ft more than enough for most households. All I ask is future controllers come with decent charge cables so that people don't have to go out and buy another one because Sony were retarded.

    Somehow, I never liked my controllers to be wireless. I think I would lose them somewhere. I prefer having cords. Probably a longer cable is desirable like Daweii said.
