40 hours of gameplay is still pretty good. I'm excited to play this game! Just got to finish up the first one now!

That's actually kind of a good thing. Since there's reason to make different choices to see what changes.

    Clearly, I must be mistake.

40 hours of gameplay is nowhere near enough to expand upon an already massive world. What was I thinking?

40 hours of gameplay may seem like a lot, but when you're talking about an RPG, that isn't a lot at all! RPGs are usuallya round 70-80 hours and then it is normal to hit 100 hours if you do all the side missions. It looks like this is 40 hours with side missions which would make it half an RPG! I'll wait for a price drop.

Given that this is more of an action game with RPG elements it's not hard to see where the loss of depth is coming from.

You can bet that DLC, expansions etc will boost this to 60+ hours. Not too mention that mutlitple playthrougs with each gender, to make different choices etc will instantly double the play time.
