Mortal Kombat’s intense violence, partial nudity and more detailed by the ESRB

The Entertainment Software Rating Board has released a rating summary for Mortal Kombat on the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360, detailing the game’s intense violence, partial nudity and other mature contents.

    How is this worse than God of War 3 (which Australia let in), really. Its violence was just as bad and it had pretty well full nudity.

      They probably let God of War 3 on a fantasy violence clause. It doesn't matter how violent the game is when the majority of enemies don't look human, many ratings boards deem it fine.

      In MK pretty much every character takes on a humanoid form and many of them actually look human regardless of their race and otherworldly background. While it shouldn't make a difference it does.
