An image has been floating around the internet, but there has been no confirmation that this is real by Microsoft or Bungie. It's obvious that they are somehow honoring Master Chief, but why? Did he do something amazing or did he die to save something?

This picture has been circulating the internet recently but there has been no confirmation of its authenticity. Now, if this picture is real, the question here is... Is Master Chief dying in Halo 3? This picture certainly portrays the idea that the UNSC is honoring Masterchief but even if its a legit picture, it might just be honoring his life and Master Chief is still alive. The tension builds... freakin marketing schemes. We can only wait and see.
