Twelve Games To Play Before You Die

CB Games has come up with a fairly short list on the twelve games that you must play before you die.

12. The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
11. Panzer Dragoon Saga
10. Streets of Rage 3
9. Zombies Ate My Neighbors
8. Rocket Knight Adventures
7. Super Ghouls and Ghosts

Go to the source to see the complete list, information on each game and what made the number one game that you must play before you die. You may or not agree with the list, but you have to see the list and read the reasons before you can make any conclusions.

Buying the farm, pushing up daisies, the big sleep, whatever you call it, death represents that great big unknown that theologians and atheists have been wrestling with for centuries. (Theologians, “There is a God!” Atheists, “Yeah, and it’s Michael Jordan.”)

But whatever side you believe in, real or fake, afterlife or anti-after life (Is that even a phrase?) here are twelve great games you need to play before you die. And if you disagree, all I have to say to the theologians is go to hell, and to the Atheists, go to Cleveland.

*Note: Some legendary games like Super Mario 64, A Link to the Past, and Sonic the Hedgehog 2 are not on this list because if you haven’t played them already, then you’re not a gamer. Sorry, but it’s true.

    GoW2, Marvel vs. Capcom 2, and Zombies Ate My Neighbors...haven't had that much fun with the others in the list.

    Wow, I'm surprised to see Rocket Knight Adventures in there. That was a truly awesome game, yet is was also underrated. It's sequel Sparkster is even better imo.

    GoW2 by no means deserved the number 1 spot on that list. As much as I love Shadow of the Colossus, it didn't even deserve it's spot.

    Ico would've been much better for number 1, THAT was a great game. Twilight Princess isn't anything special.

    The Legend Of Zelda : Ocarina of Time is much more worthy of that #12 spot on the list if they want to include a Zelda game.

    Eternal Darkness was the single most underrated game of ALL TIME. Unfortunately for myself, every single time I bought it, the disc was nearly destroyed, and usually malfunctioned after less than a few hours of gameplay.

    Lol I wouldn't play any of them for two seconds, besides the marvel VS cap com. That game (OWNED) I loved that game. It's a shame I only played it a few times.

    They are missing Beyond Good & Evil, that game kicked an insane amount of butt IMO.

    That list sucks big time, FFVII, or even VIII. MGS, where the hell are all these games. They own what games are on there and I so do not agree with what they put in first place. Why the hell

    Not the greatest list I've seen...although this is the first list of 'Before you die' that I've come across. The first Streets of Rage was better than the third, imo. MvC2 ftw!

    I don't exactly agree with the list. They have some old, classic games, but they aren't 'legendary'.

    Im not about to play most of those games, but the best options for me are Twilight Princess, Shadow of the Collosus and God of War 2.
