    I guess he's saying that it's the proper time to start development of a new console with the new Unreal Engine coming out, which is logical but really they don't even need that to justify new consoles, as time is the real deciding factor to be honest.

    To be honest CryEngine 3 and Unreal Engine are both reasons. I mean just imagine what could be done if these consoles had a solid DX11 GPU and a good 4Gb RAM.

      Too much fun? As gaming goes on, titles become arguably more fun and better looking, but at the cost of higher prices and longer development times.
