The new game, entitled Dead Rising: Off The Record is a brand new adventure and will release at full retail. That's right people, this is not DLC, it's a full game. The game is basically Dead Rising 2 told from the perspective of Frank West, taking place in the same locations as its predecessor. However there will be brand new locations in the mall, new crazy bosses to fight and a plethora of new moves and weapons to play around with.
