Surely you own a game that has some good offline gameplay?

I wonder if this is due to Anonymous. Whatever it is, hope they sort it out quickly.

It sure is hard to try and review a PSN game like this. But as I was an advocate of services occasionally being allowed to go down, I suppose I'll wait it out. It's also a nice way to shrug one's shoulders as a deadline approaches, as it is out of our hands now.

Here's hoping it will come back shortly though.

I hope when they get it back up it's stable.

I hope when they get it back up they start charging so that they can have a solid service without freak outages like this. It's annoying, and I can't imagine how much worse it would be if I was reviewing a game that I needed to play online in order to write about.

What I don't get is how Anonymous managed to take down Sony's site and PSN two times (if this is because of hackers, rumors say it is). Shouldn't Sony have defenses against stuff like this? It's not like any of these guys are high-tech hackers, they're using a program you can download with a quick google search.

Anonymous actually came out and admitted that this wasn't them.
