The well known 'hacker' group known as Anonymous have denied recent claims of any involvement in the Playstation Network outage. The online service has been down for two days now which has angered a large portion of the Playstation users.

There was a similar outage a couple of months back in which Anonymous admitted that they had caused.
The group had this to say, "While it could be the case that other Anons have acted by themselves, AnonOps was not related to this incident and takes no responsibility for it."

Sony are currently investigating the cause of the outage and have claimed that the service should be back up and running in 48 hours minimum.

'We had nothing to do with it.'

When you sign into PSN it says its under maintenance now.

And usually when you hack something again you want to take responsibility for it like the last time for the glory. Don't think it's the case now.
