John Carmack made a speech last night at QuakeCon that there may be a version of Quake Arena heading over to the DS. Also, for reasons unknown, he said that he'd prefer the d-pad to be used instead of the touch screen like many other games in the same category as Quake.
During John Carmacks speech last night at QuakeCon, he mentioned that there may be a version of Quake Arena heading to the DS
John stated that, hed like it to be more limited like the D-pad controlled Doom and not "touch screen controlled" like Metroid Prime Hunters. For what reason? We arent sure. Metroid Prime Hunters controlled nearly flawlessly, except for the occasional hand cramping. We will have more on this as it comes. How would you want Quake to be controlled on the DS?
