Not that big of a surprise, I thought the 360 fanbase was bigger than the PS3 fanbase in the UK anyway?

the fanbases are about the same in the UK actually, you have to blame it on the PSN network to some extent, as well as them acknowledging the lack of Steam purchases which are only on PS3 and PC. Not too surprising though, 360 usually outsells the PS3 for these type of games.

    Who really cares?

Not that suprising cause A). the 360 version of multiplatform games 'usually in general' sell a tad more than the PS3 version and B). cause PSN is STILL down.

I bought PS3 version so I can get it free for PC.

And my brother has a steam account and prefers ps3, so he and I can play together in Portal 2; me from PC and him on PS3.

Worst part for you is now you can't both play together till PSN is back online.

Kind of makes me happy I opted for the 360 version in the end, as I was originally going to buy it on PS3 and play PS3/PC with my girlfriend.

Valve's Orange Box didn't exactly go down well on the PS3 and Left for Dead 1+2 are both only on 360 so how is it surprising that the latest Valve game sold better on 360?
