Rockstar Going Sony Exclusive?

Currently all indications are pointing to the answer to Rockstar going Sony Exclusive to be no - with the whole "PS3 reason for GTA4 delay" and all... however if you hear the latest Cheat Code Central Podcast you'll note that around the 50minute mark, they do mention Rockstar going Sony exclusive.

Then if you take a moment to forget the current games in production that are multi-platform (that's right, forget GTA4 for a minute please), you'll realise that Rockstar have already announced, not one but two Playstation 3 exclusive games, the first being LA Noire, and the second being an untitled game, which was previously announced to be a PS3 exclusive game.

Taking those games into consideration, this could very well be the case, and Rockstar may very well be going Sony Exclusive... right?

    It would be a great plus for Sony fans, they have been losing lots of exclusive gaming deals and need something big back in return, a giant such as Rockstar developing exlusive games is what the Playstation 3 needs.

    Yeah, Sony is going to benefit greatly from this deal. You never know. This new franchise might even be bigger than GTA itself. LA Noire also looks like an awesome mafia game.

    Yes especially games that have alot of potential to be bigger than GTA.

    Wasn't rockstar also making some western game. I saw a trailer for it a long time ago. It showed some building in the desert and guy walks up to it and ends.

    If you go to the source article (which also has the link to the podcast) it also mentions Red Dead Revolver 2, but has a question mark next to it, so I didn't add it to the above list of exclusives.

    I hope it's exclusive to the PS3. That would be a title that would surely boost the PS3's sales! I'll be getting the PS3 in about year so either way it doesn't really matter to me.

    They'll probably make exclusive games for both sides... and if they get popular enough they'll just make it multi platform for more money.

    I doubt this will happen, most likely, its just of mixing up the "New PS3 exclusive series" as meaning all Rockstar games will be exclusive to the PS3...I don't really see it happening, but it would be a BIG plus for Sony, having rockstar in their pocket...

    BTW: I've been a member of CCC for a while now, myself

    This would be something big if they did do this, but I do doubt it massivly. Im sure they will want to use the Xbox 360 for a project or multi release..

    I doubt Rockstar will go totally exclusive, though timed exclusives for PS3 like GTA on PS2 is a possibility

    They will probably like Stein mark said they'll make a few exclusives for both sides
