Heavenly Sword Game Details

In the Playstation Magazine, there is an article, telling everyone about various information on the upcoming game, Heavenly Sword for the Playstation 3. The article talks about videos that will tell the story, several forms of gameplay and how there will be a few acts with nearly 50 missions.

New Details
The latest edition of Playstation Magazine have an article on Heavenly Sword in which they give out more details to how the gameplay features are going to be like, the total number of missions and acts, and general gameplay details.

There will also a total of about six videos released on PSN, kinda like an Anime, which will tell the story of this Heavenly Sword story. No date was give as to when exactly but it might be anything from now on next weeks PS store update.

- There will be 6 animation clips on PSN which will tell the story of the Heavenly Sword.
- The gameplay is comprised of combat, exploration, puzzle solving and third person shooting.
- The gameplay features which depend on motion sensing have a faster response time now.
- 6 acts, 48 missions.

    Question...Are the videos Japanese with English subtitles? Or otherwise will have subtitles/captioning? If not, unless they're free, I'm not interested...I can't hear well you see...

    But still, 48 missions is pretty good, even if they arn't uber long...if they have some short, some long, and a number of moderately long ones, thats good...

      The game is developed by Ninja Theory, a development team based in the UK. Coupled with the fact that a Japanese release hasn't even been detailed yet, it's relatively safe to say the speech will be in English.

      If you bought the Ps3 for the 5-6 hundred bucks...you shouldn't be cheeping out on games...If you like the game, for god sakes buy the damn thing and stop renting the good games.

        No, no, a game worth my money has got to have a LOT of replayability. If GTA can't keep me entertained after finishing all missions, I really doubt Heavenly Sword is an exception.

      Not 100% sure, but is there not an online arena aspect to this game? I am pretty sure I heard something about that...

      But like I said, I could be wrong...

    48 missions, I just hope they are long ones and not crappy short ones.. This game is really starting to sound like a possible title for me to get.
