Former F-18 pilot John Ryan McLaughlin claims that he was playing this game when "strobe lights" within the game caused him to suffer from "a grand mal seizure for the first time in his life," which caused excrutiating pain and a bone fracture. Additionally, the former pilot says that the seizures caused him to lose his flying status permanently.

"The defective and dangerous condition of the product, and that it was unsafe for the use and purpose for which it was intended when used by certain consumers as recommended, was expected and reasonably anticipated by the defendants, and each of them, or in the exercise of ordinary and reasonable care should have been known and discovered by defendants, and each of them," according to the defendant's lawyer.

I got a blister on my thumb from playing too much Mortal Kombat. I'm gonna sue Netherrealm Studios >:-(

But seriously, read the manual, dude. They all warn people about epilepsy and seizures. If there were any "strobe lights", it was probably a glitch. You wanna sue someone, sue the hardware manufacturer. Like it will do any good though. I highly doubt this case is gonna go anywhere.

Let hope he doesn't play Outland...

Also, *bleep* off, there are plenty of warnings given Bethesda can't be held responsible for that.
