For many, the brand new ‘My SingStar’ online community and the expansive SingStore will only sweeten the series even further, and both are features that should help in the forthcoming battle against Guitar Hero III and Harmonix’s quite awesome-looking Rock Band.

There’s also an impressively broad range of artists popping up in the PS3 version - possibly a more varied array than in any previous SingStar - and this diversity was only too apparent in the latest set of screenshots that appeared today.
