Call of Duty Black Ops Voted ‘Best Game Ending’ Of All Time

If you've been wondering whether gamers care about the graphics then stop wondering. A poll has been taken and it turns out, according to The NPD Group, less than half of the people care about the HD features and the Blu-ray features on the Xbox 360 and the Playstation 3. 40% of PS3 owners were even aware the their console had Blu-ray and only 50% of that percentage had watched a Blu-ray movie on their console the last ten usages. Gong over to the Xbox 360, only 30% of Xbox 360 owners knew about the HD capabilities.
Microsoft and Sony have both been pushing high-definition visuals this generation, but do people care? So far, the hardcore have been the early adopters of Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, while the mass market waits for the right games (i.e. Grand Theft Auto IV) and price drops to make this generation financially viable. Naturally, then, you might assume gamers with machines now are aware of their HD capabilities, right?

I also find it extremely hard to believe more than half of all gamers were even aware their console could display in High-Def.
That's the only one feature that I tip my hat to PS3 for. That, and some multimedia features... still, Wii kickes PS3-a55.
I care about fun and IN MY OPINION Nintendo always has the funnest games.
Although I am planning on getting a 360 soon, although there are only a few games that interest me.
And the whole 'nintendo games are more fun' thing is kind of ridiculous. Something is either fun, and entertaining, or it's not fun at all. There's hardly any 'game A is more fun than game B'.
Now THAT is the biggest load of bullshit I'VE ever heard. I know you did NOT call a pathetic attempt of making a Trivia version of the bible for kids as fun as "all out fragfest" Halo.
And I think he means that not ALL Nintendo games can be that friggin good...cuz they aren't, only SOME of them, and that's just as bad as saying "I like the PS3 games better cuz they're more fun"...you're obviously getting nowhere with that.
I don't care if a game has the "best of the best" graphics, or if most of the production went into making the characters look real. Developers should focus on Gameplay (and story, for some genres) more than they should focus on graphics. If the graphics are "good enough" to look at, then I'll be happy. Fantastic graphics are a bonus.
Those who say PS3 has graphics, the Wii has fun are stupid, just because a game doesn't use motion sensing like the Wii does mean it can't be fun
Either way I play games for gameplay, the Wii's graphics are suitable by my standards and if the Xbox 360's were that quality too it wouldn't bother me.
they even make fun of it by saying "what are they using human cells?" so this article is true when it comes to that.
People do care about graphics, everybody does. Just as long as they aren't horrible I'm fine.
Gameplay/easy to use consoles are much more important to me than graphics
