Xbox.com is hosting a sweepstakes for Halo 3. Consisting of three rounds, gamers can register for each round for a chance to win Halo 3 related prizes, which can range from the Legendary Edition of the game, to the Graphic Novel autographed by the Bungie team. The contest is for US residents only and continues on until October 25th.

Xbox Newsletter is hosting a sweepstakes for Halo 3 consisting of three rounds, and three chances to win. By going here and registering for each round (when they become available), you’ll have the chance to win prizes like:

* Halo 3 Legendary Edition game
* Halo 3 Special Edition Xbox 360 console
* Halo Graphic Novel Autographed by Bungie
* 1600 Microsoft Points

and more!

Each round of the sweepstakes gets better and better with more and more prizes to win, so be sure to register for the next round when they become available for another chance to win. Sadly, this contest is for US residents only, reasonably angering 360 owners outside of the States, and you can’t register if you have a ‘Child’ account. For some reason, Microsoft hasn’t fixed the bug in which even players who have become legal age since signing up with Xbox Live still have ‘Child’ accounts which restricts them from contests such as this.

      Yeah but they've been doing this a lot, making a lot of great contests like this for US residents only. I've been seeing a lot of people upset about it and it is understandable.

    I think I'll pass. How many editions of halo 3 is there going to be? Why don't they just make one good game instead of 5 slightly different ones?

      The game itself is the same. They just have different Collector's Edition packages. More money that way Just cause they have a few different packaging versions isn't going to make the game any worse.

    That is a shame to hear that it is just over there, though the Graphic Novel sounds good. I have looked at it a few times but it just costs to much =[
