For those Nintendo DS owners mad about Pokemon and mad about Pikachu, and mad about the colour yellow - but sadly not able to snaffle an exclusive Pokemon/Pikachu/Yellow Nintendo DS due to geographical placement and an unwillingess to import... the TakaraTomy Pikachu DS skin case (thing) might help to fill the gap. You'll probably have to import it though. Doh!

At the beginning of June GamerSquad's Mr. Leigh reported on the limited edition release of a Pikachu-branded Nintendo DS Lite. Unfortunately only a lucky number of Japanese gaming nuts were eligible to land their greasy mitts on the consoles, launched to celebrate the opening of the newest Pokemon Center in Tokyo.

To help pacify us Western gamers, periodically tortured by exclusive Japanese releases of gaming merchandise, TakaraTomy has come to the rescue with a substitute to Nintendo’s gloriously crafted Pikachu DS Lite. Only problem is that plumping for it is like swapping a meal at the Hilton for a cheeseburger at McDonalds.
