Haze Hype - Day 1: Halo 3's Competitor Is Not Unproven

vortis | August 11, 2007 | News | Playstation 3
An article that talks about the integrity of Free Radical's game design capabilities, as well as the current negative image that some gamers carry toward Haze.
These guys and gals at Free Radical are not inceptive to designing games in the FPS genre. For them to take on new intellectual property doesn’t mean that they have to “prove” their skills to gamers every time they come up with a new idea in the same genre. If Bungie decided to take on a new shooter franchise, would everyone say that they have to prove their abilities with the new IP? Of course not.

See, I hate these *bleep*ing Halo comparisons. GoldenEye, and the TimeSplitters series and THAT'S not enough??? TS is one of the best FPS games out there. Free Radical doesn't have to prove shit to anyone, they already did a damn good job as it is.

Why is it always "Halo VS *blank*"?

So far, Haze looks much better than halo. I mean you can acutally fight enemies with your hands etc.

Halo needs to be more complex. I wasn't going to say this, but I'm so sick of all the Halo VS topics.
