How can they have 'milked' something when they picked it up off a lazy developer and added a final layer of polish? 2K are NOT to blame for the quality of DNF, that falls solely on the doorstep 3D Realms. So yeah, go on 2K. Make a PROPER Duke game from scratch rather than having to polish a turd. They could have put all the shine in the world on DNF but it wouldn't have made a difference, a shiny turd is still a turd.

Duke Nukem Forever failed because it was basically the game that was supposed to come out in 2001 reskinned in 2011 graphics. You can tell it is when you play the game. Feels very much like an old game. If they made a brand new game from the ground up, it might have been a different story.

milking Duke? really? that term is used too much nowadays in a lot of straight up incorrect ways. no way is Duke being milked when this is the first one in 11 or whatever years. why dont you do something useful and go complain to Activision about COD. now THAT'S milking.

You can't call something milked when in 20 years we've only seen 4 releases of the main Duke Nukem series. Yes there have been a fair few other Duke Nukem spin-off games like Manhattan Project and Zero Hour since then, but 4 main series releases in 20 years is not milking.. Call of Duty is the definition of milking with 8 main series releases in just under 7 years, seriously going by those numbers had Call of Duty released in 1991 and released like it does we'd be on at least Call of Duty 20 by now..
