The Playstation Network and its users are still reeling from the hacking attack that shut it down earlier this year. Playstation has revealed the release of a "minor" update for the PSN.

Now that the PSN hack attack is a fleeting memory, Sony is starting to look to the future. However, gamers are still going to remain a bit leery about Sony’s powerhouse and just exactly what is going on the other end of those wires and signals. Sony has promised that it has taken care of all the security issues and whatnot, but we all know what is in the back of everyone’s mind as Sony gears up to release another patch, “What now?”

    I'd update the console every week, if I knew it would prevent another month long outage but who knows?

    Whatever it does so long as it doesn't affect my enjoyment on the console I don't long how many minor patches they want me to install. I can easily go make a cup of tea or walk the dogs while I wait for it to - WTF? FOUR HOUR DOWNLOAD!? Screw this shit...
