In there latest podcast. EGM explains why they gave the Game LAIR such a low score. If you missed out the game didn't get anything higher then a 7. They said that the controls was good and it had a stable frame rate, but that the colors and art style were bad and that the dragons felt like "re-skinned x-wings".
If you had missed it, they were the first gaming website to review the game and gave the game very low scores none of which was above a 7 out of 10. According to the latest podcast from them, the sit down and discuss the reviews of the game.
GOOD
They said motion control was cool.
The ground combat was well done.
No mention of frame rate indicating it was stable.
They liked the epic scope of the game.
BAD
They thought the dragon was a re- skinned x-wing
The dragon shooting fireballs was odd and wasnt realistic enough
The game had no map and someone asked if the graphics were good and he said its High Def and he didnt like the colors used, everything was brown and Grey.
They didnt like the art style and said the game lacked innovation.

That'll decide how good it is
If everyone says its "Cool and Fun and Awesome looking", that'll make this review not apply, however, it could be that they are right about it, and Lair will die out eventually...
I can't really see this game sucking though...
But a map tool would be nice -_-
Hit and miss, huh? gtfo.
Anyway it seems as though they've read other good reviews of the game and are trying to save some face
By the way anyone know when Lair is actually released?
I'd like more colorful looking areas. They should have some at least. All of the trailers I've seen are dull and depressing.
