The Ablegamers Foundation, along with Evil Controllers, have teamed up in an effort to help disabled gamers by manufacturing a new type of controller called Adroit.

"The problem with equipment currently available to help the disabled community get into videogames is that it often costs way more than someone on disability can afford," said Steve Spohn, Editor-In-Chief of ablegamers.com. "These controllers will be higher quality with lower cost. What's not to love?"
