Interplay, the makers of the original Fallout games, has filed a claim in court that Bethesda, makers of Fallout 3, sold back more than just the name in 2007.

The legal battle between Interplay and Bethesda over rights to the Fallout universe is continuing on as Interplay has just filed a new claim that Bethesda sold back the rights to more than just the name of the game.
