The Beautiful Katamari Demo is now up on the Xbox Live Marketplace. Available only to Mexico, Canada, and the United States, the demo comes in at 432.37 MB and gives players one 3-minute level to play around with.

Like rolling stuff up into ridiculously enormous balls? Have 432.37 MB of storage on your hard drive? Then the Beautiful Katamari Demo might just be for you! Released this morning, 360 owners can finally get a taste of what the hype is about with this incredibly unusual puzzle-action title. Even though I wanted to, I never played any of the previous Katamari games (something I still plan to do some day), and am hoping this game lives up to the quality of previous iterations not only for myself, but those who have followed it loyally since its original release in 2004. The demo is pretty short (like Heavenly Sword short), and consists of one level where you have a 3-minute time limit to roll up as much stuff as possible. Try your best to get large enough to pick up animals and children and watch them squirm!

The demo is only available to Mexico, Canada, and the United States.

This was on the OXM demo disc a few weeks ago. It was all right but of course it was a small demo. I probably would only get it if it was cheap just like when they released it on the PS2.

When it comes to the Marketplace in Europe I will be downloading this, I remember playing the demo a few years back for the original on PS2 and found it rather amusing.
