The Halo 3 Special Edition 360 has been made available to the public for pre-order as of this morning. Good news for all you hardcore fans of the Halo series.

No transfer kit included though? Some may not care but others are going to fret.

Unique to the Halo 3 Xbox 360 Limited Edition:

- Halo 3 Special Edition Gamer Pics and Theme (Exclusive download via Xbox LIVE)

The Halo 3 LE Xbox 360 also includes an HDMI port, now standard in Premium as well as Elite Xbox 360s.

With the lack of a transfer kit in the box and the form of the free Xbox 360 data migration cable asking for an Elite Xbox 360 serial number, it's unclear how you could move your data from your current Xbox 360 console to the Halo 3 LE Xbox 360 console.
