Mass Effect's Quarians are an enigmatic race. So much so that the creators of the franchise still don't know what they look like underneath their suits. More at gamergaia.com

Encased within environment suits for practically all of their lives, the Quarian race made famous in the Mass Effect franchise have remained an extreme mystery in both of the titles so far; players around the globe have wondered exactly what lies under their handily-obscured helmets, where all can be seen is the Quarian's two glowing eyes. Everyone is expecting to see the unmasking of a Quarian (specifically Tali) in Mass Effect 3, but the game's designers aren't quite sure exactly how to handle it just yet.

There is going to be backlash either way. Some people don't even want to unmask her, it'd be like unmasking Master Chief (who ironically has already been described through books and comics) Tali already has a face through the eyes of each player and if it's not that face then people will be disappointed.

But I don't mind if they show her face, as long as they don't make her look too good looking or too ugly where it doesn't seem realistic, but judging from what we already know it looks like they'll be a lot like humans.

This article doesn't seem to address the fact that in-universe, quarians where those suits because growing up in sterilized environments in the Migrant Fleet, they evolved to have virtually no immune system. Unmasking Tali would mean exposing her to particles in the atmosphere that could seriously harm her.

If they really do plan on showing her face, I could see it happening as a really cheesy scene late in the game if she's a romantic interest with either her or Shepard dying on the battlefield.

Oh god no, I don't want that, I am hoping we get something better, such as some building that's bacteria free, or something, I dunno, some sci-fi BS that can be explained with pseudo science is good enough for me.

i imagine them looking sorta like the pic above, pretty much like humans only with somewhat larger eyes and pale skin. but yeah they are gonna get backlash whether they show her face or not. gamers are on both sides of the fence.
