Hackers have been rampantly engaging in all sorts of internet tomfoolery recently, and Square Enix want recompense from one particular group of unknown hackers. The company is suing over a leaked Deus Ex preview.

Square Enix is taking a stand (literally) against a group of unknown Italian hackers, who the company alleges gained unlawful access to a Deus Ex: Human Revolution preview. According to Patent Arcade, the case was filed on June 22 with the U.S. District Court. Damages in excess of $5000 are said to be what Square Enix is seeking through the case.
