Everyone loves a good gathering of people who love to do nothing but sit around and talk about video games, right? Well, QuakeCon 2011 is about to kick off and some of the biggest name in the industry are going to be there showcasing some of the most anticipated titles of the year.

Attendees will be treated to a slew of high profile games and demonstrations by some of the biggest names in the industry. Todd Howard, Game Director of Bethesda Game Studios, will present the award-winning The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim publicly for the first time. Skyrim, the latest installment in the award-winning Elder Scrolls series, has already received over 25 awards, 45 nominations, and was voted 'Best Console Game' and 'Best Role Playing Game' by Game Critics Awards. The game hits retail shelves on November 11, 2011 and will be available on the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.
