"Just buy our game on day one and you won't have a problem" isn't a very good argument.

How bout people stop complaining? Companies want to make revenue off of their hard work, and used games, being the huge market that it is, isn't giving them squat.

Why not complain? I'll be the first to say that Gamestop's practices disgust me. And I understand that Sony is disgusted by it too but employing these "if we can't get in on this action, nobody can" tactics doesn't benefit the gamers. There has to be a better way to handle it than making the more "economically challenged" gamer suffer.

Having the pass benefits the devs, but not the consumer. Used games benefit the consumer but not the devs. You aren't gonna be able to please everyone. But seeing as the devs are the ones working their asses off to put the games they make into our hands, why is it so much to ask to pay $10 extra if you buy it used? I can see the frustration, but it's a just cause.
