Gareth Ramsay, employee on the N-Space Heroes of Ruin Development team has recently confirmed that players cannot choose to change the gender of their character in the game Heroes of Ruin. This means that if players select the Alchitect class at the start of the game, they will play through the game as a female, alternatively with the other 3 classes; Vindicator, Gunslinger and Savage, the player will have to play through as a male.

Hi everyone, Sorry to be the bringer of bad news, however the information in the fansite kit was, unfortunately, incorrect and has now been changed. There are not options for male and female fighters for each character, however there is an option to choose a female character... the Alchitect.
