Players will take the reigns of Detective Cole Phelps once again, this time behind the desk of the vice squad as they try to unravel a drug ring that is starting to smell a little funny. Phelps and his partner Roy Earle find themselves hitting this case after getting in a shootout with a local drug dealer.
