Retailers reveal new release date for Metal Gear Solid HD Collection

Both Amazon and GameStop has listed a new, earlier release date for the upcoming Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 high-definition remastered compilation, Metal Gear Solid HD Collection.

    Oh so it IS the Subsistence version of MGS3.

    Technically it has:

    Metal Gear
    Metal Gear 2
    Metal Gear Solid 2
    Metal Gear Solid 3
    Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker

    ...for kicks they should've at least added in Portable Ops, since PW is the second sequel to the MGS3 storyline, and they only just copied and pasted a PSP game onto a console.

      Are you sure it has Metal Gear 1 and 2? They were only available on the second disc of Subsistence, so I just assumed they meant the main game with the extras from Subsistence like third person camera angles.

        That's a good point, I don't suppose they're bring both Subsistence discs. If that's the case, this collection is still pretty much incomplete though.

          it is the first disc. they did the same thing in the Essential Collection.
