Dragon Age II seems to have followed Crysis 2 and left Steam yesterday. Many are speculating that the game violated Valve's new terms of service. Tensions between EA and Valve are very high; why was DAII removed from Steam?

Yesterday, the Dragon Age II Legacy downloadable content was released; however, news emerged that the game had mysteriously disappeared from Valve’s Steam service. It seems to be the second EA published game to disappear following Crysis 2 last month. While speculation continues, sources claim that it was Valve who removed the popular role-playing game from its service.

    There's no speculation. EA claimed it themselves with Crysis 2. Evidently it's because they want to sell DLC through Origin for Steam purchases, but Valve doesn't like that. Seriously hypocritical given how they force their client on everyone.
