What's going on with Nintendo's Online Store? The site has a message saying they were going down for 3 hours for maintenance, but the problem is that this message has been up for days! Is something wrong with the store, or are they giving it a much needed update?

It’s that time of year where I have to renew my Nintendo Power subscription, so I went to make my way to store.nintendo.com…. two nights ago. I was greeted with the following message:

“Our store is currently closed for maintenance. We will be closed from 11:00 pm to 2:00 am Pacific Standard Time. We apologize for any inconvenience.”
