Well it has happened once again a artist featured in Band Hero is suing the creators of the game Activision. This time the leader singer of the band Maroon 5 and host of the 'talent' show The Voice is going after the creators of band hero for the use importer legal use of his image. It is really sad when a millionaire sues a billionaire.

The reason for Activision’s latest legal woes? Band Hero. Apparently Levine who agreed to perform Maroon 5′s hit She Will Be Loved isn’t too happy that his in-game likeness can be made to perform music that “would not have been chosen by him for recordings or performances” Another irritation (and understandably)is that his avatar can be used to perform songs from female vocalists.
