Sony has revealed their new Terms of Service, User Agreement and Privacy Policy for the Playstation Network in addition to several new marketing opt-in options.

    how do you opt-in? or is it automatic?

    @RaidenXS you must have to "option in" opt-in
    by law you need to opt in any emails by putting your email there then going to your email to prove you did opt in and someone did not just use your email.
