A bunch of new Halo 3 screenshots have been released and they are easily the best screenshots we have seen from the Xbox 360 game so far. The graphics are nice and smooth and the texture is detailed. Now let's just hope the final build of the game stays like this or better.

Here's a fantastic new batch of Halo 3 single-player and multiplayer screenshots - easily the best bunch we've seen so far.

Why does screen #4 look so distorted?

The HUD is rounded this time to make it look more realistic.

God, if the map in image 3 is the remake to Lockout ... *has small orgasm*

Just shows that xbox is really just as good as all the others, yet less expensive.

Wow, did anyone notice how ugly the textures are on the assault rifle in picture 4? G-ross!

The graphics looks pretty damn sweet. Not extremely mind blowing, but still fantastic.

Nice stuff here, but personally, i prefer Unreal Tournament 3.

Hell yeah, Unreal Tournament is the bomb. Still, Halo's graphics are good while they are not flashy..

Have to offer that there's very little "amazing" about these screens, not least because they're multiplayer, when most people want some visual access to actual campaign shots. They look typical to the Halo universe, but nothing here blows my skirt up. Sorry.

Graphics look nice and judging by the screens, the gameplay hasn't changed much since Halo 2. But I hope there are some new guns that will be unleashed. There already is going to be a flamethrower

Those elites look sweet, I guess I know what I'll be using on Halo 3.
