A new developer spotlight has Sledgehammer gamers talking about their new third-person Call of Duty game and basically saying it's going to be like Uncharted just attached to a world class franchise.
You still have that flame-proof jockstrap? Well, you might want to re-equip it because it’s about to get hot in here. In a developer insight video Sledgehammer Games, one of the three studios who worked on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, stated that they were working on a third-person version of CoD and that it would be like the Uncharted series, except it would part of a world class franchise. Is that built-in intercooler kicking in yet on that flame-proof jockstrap?

Never seen what the big deal is about CoD. It's almost the same thing every year with a few changes. Loved MW2 but I can't stand to play Black Ops. Not even sure if I'm getting MW3.
Getting Uncharted 3 sooner or later. Probably later since I still need to finish the second game. Loving the first atm.
I like the COD franchise, but *bleep* this cocky bastard. Uncharted is a better game by miles, and even if it weren't, this is such a dick thing to say.
"It was pretty exciting, I mean the idea of the sort of global appeal of Call of Duty meets sort of the third-person genre for the first time. And there are a lot of fans out there who enjoy games like Uncharted, right? So you can imagine that genre meets a world-class franchise. "
i do not see a issue with what he said? ?
basically its the classic "this game sells a ton of copies therefore its automatically better than everything" symptom. if that was the case, Wii Sports would be one of the best games ever made.
