For reasons unknown to everyone, North America have pushed the release date back for the upcoming 3DS remake of the classic PS2 game - Tales of Abyss.

It is now due for release Q1 2012. Europeans will still get this game late 2011.

Tales of the Abyss is not going to make it out in North America before the year closes out. That information comes from the most recent issue of Nintendo Power, which lists the game as a Q1 2012 release. No reason was given for the delay, but one would think that the title was looking to avoid the holiday blitz of first-party games, all while waiting for the 3DS to gain a few more users.
